  • Using the ASK Method principles, we crafted an email asking for consultation
  • Result: 58.9% email open rate

  • Make survey candidates complete the survey.

What We Did :

  • Using the ASK Method principles, we chose the right number (5) & the right type of questions 
  • 1 open ended question
  • 2 demographic questions
  • 1 product possibility question
  • 1 contact details question

Result :

  • Of those who started the survey, 97.7% completed the survey.

Next Goal

  • Get respondents' phone number and consent if we can call them for a follow-up interview. 

What We Did :

  • Using the ASK Method principles, we added a relevant "whats-in-it-for-them" to those who will give consent for a phone interview. 

Results :

  • Of those who started the survey, 88.0% gave their phone number.
